Comfortable room and decent breakfast. Cathedral and town restaurants within 10 minutes walk and similar for university, if you can manage the University hills! Limited number of onsite parking spaces and road has limited parking Monday to Saturday.

Excellent & friendly service.Very clean rooms, free wifi worked well. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. all staff were very friendly & polite. Room was nice & bed was comfy. Room had Tea & Coffee making facilities . TV had Freeview channels & worked...More

Family run bed & breakfast, in a Grade II listed Georgian building, noted for its peace and quiet, overlooking Bury Meadow Park. 5 Min walk to Exeter city centre, University, bus and train stations. All rooms have TV, tea & coffee, most en-suite. Free breakfast is taken in a bright dining room overlooking the garden.

Yes we have twin en-suite rooms but we only have one of these on the first floor, nothing on the ground floor and no lift, we do not have any disabled facilities. We have limited amount of parking in front but with a blue... More
