Business guest, i travel regularly and have never complained until now. I am wroting this from my room. This is one of the worst experiences because (in order of discovery):
TV in room makes a clicking sound, and general volume doesn't work at all. Had...More
Went for two nights with a friend. Very pleased with the room. We arrived quite late on the first night but the reception staff was very helpful. We asked about the fitness facilities and he pointed out whether they were And the opening times. We...More

another year has flown by, and I find myself in Exeter again. Choose to stay here again as parking was on site and it was a perfect location. I can't fault the staff who managed to do their magic and relocate us into a larger...More
This hotel needs a good shake up/shape up. Check in staff on Friday evening were only interested in the needs of the people attending a Christmas function in the bar area. Once in the chilly room, I doubt very much if the voiles hanging at...More
A fairly typical chain hotel, smallish rooms, tatty gowns in the room and TV where even mainstream terrestrial channels we’re not all working. Bland breakfast buffet.
Positives are the large car park, very good free wifi and proximity to town and the cathedralMore

It is okay to leave your car there as long as you like, but you pay £12 per 24 hours, regardless of whether you take the car out of the car park. I am unclear from your post when you intend to depart from the hotel with your car? If you are arriving Thursday, going shopping Friday on foot, then returning to the hotel for Friday night before leaving with your car on Saturday, you will be charged for 2 nights. If you are leaving sometime Friday without staying the second night you might only be charged for one 24 hour - you would have to check with the hotel. Note that to get your car out of the car park you pay at reception and they give you a card to put in the machine at the barrier. Even if you pay on arrival, you still have to go to reception to get a card when you want to exit the car park.

Best to phone them re this as breakfast prices vary all the time as do rooms depending on the time of year. One day we had a £10.00 breakfast & the day before it was double because it was graduation week. Good luck!
