Just stayed 3 nights with my wife at The Edwardian, Exeter. Couldn't have been better. Great little en suite room. Bit noisy, as on a main road but no problem. Mine hosts, Jackie and Michael, were very hospitable and friendly, making you feel very much at home. Great breakfasts. Very generous portions and lots of tea and coffee in the...

This was a special birthday treat, booked primarily for the four poster bed on the booking website. After initially missing the property , due to renovations (still going ahead) we were directed to down a back lane to park. Although the room was large and interestingly furnished there was no 4 poster - we were told it had gone -...

What a delightful place! lovely building with pretty appointments, decorated with period pieces for the most part-china and crystal, the mantel in the bedroom and the beautiful dish cabinet were full of pretty blues and creams in such a calming and relaxing color scheme-the draperies and bedspread as well were blue and white and such a n ice place to...

The Edwardian is a smashing, friendly guest house we can highly recommend. It was perfect for visiting our son, who is at university there, and exploring Devon. It is comfortable, with an excellent guest house, and Michael the host was terrific value.

We had a lovely large room at the front of the house with a sitting area which was a niec surprise, although the shower room was very small. The whole place is decorated with knick knacks so there's loads to look at! Breakfast was as expected for the price range I guess but we would have preferred the sausage to...

Close to the town centre, free wifi and a very nice breakfast. On the down side the room smelled a bit musty, the blankets on the bed are a bit yesteryear and having to open the window with a screwdriver seemed a bit odd. Overall not a bad B&B, 3.5/5 and good for the price. I would consider staying again...

I stayed here in March 2013 for a doctoral studies weekend at exeter. The room was simple but had everything one could need. It was very close to the school of education and in walking distance to Central exeter. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful and the host was very helpful during my stay.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at The Edwardian. We received a very warm welcome which continued throughout our visit. We had a very spacious room on the top floor which included en suite and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide selection of choice. Location is excellent just five minutes walk from...

The Edwardian is located on a very busy street. The day we arrived there, the owners were in the middle of some construction. It did not affect the two days we spent there. Our hosts were very nice. We arrived a little early as we were a little nervous to find it. We had to park in a car park...

I went to the Edwardian on a business trip and e-mailed them beforehand requesting a quiet room as I needed to be rested for a busy working day. When i arrived I was shown to a very lovely room on the second floor. There was a lot of decorating work going on on the premises but it did not affect...
