Superb B&B. extremely clean and well appointed. fluffy towells in bathroom. great big tv in bedroom. delicious breakfast (great choice of fayre - especially liked homemade compotte) and very helpful advice on exploring the local area. thoroughly recommend. Very peaceful rural location. Fascinating to watch the dairy herd on the farm.

Just WOW! What a little gem in fantastic surroundings, but so close to what you need in the area. Sally was so welcoming, room was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. I won't even look at any other hotels or B&Bs when I'm next in the area.

We recently visited Rydon Farm for a weekend break with our two dogs. This working farm is ideally situated for exploring Sidmouth Exeter Exmouth and Dawlish and has many lovely walks and places of interest. Breakfast was great, room fine, great service, only wish we could have stayed longer! Its great to be next to a working farm and good pubs only a few miles away. It really does live up to the description on the we site. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Rydon Farm over the Easter weekend and were very impressed with the place starting with a very warm welcome from Sally, to the lovely breakfast, comfortable bedroom and great bathroom which was immaculate. The B & B is very well situated to visit the surrounding towns of Exmouth, Sidmouth and Exeter, etc. We will definitely be returning...

Thank you for your warm welcome, excellent room with attention to every detail, spacious ,clean very comfortable. Very modern bathroom. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, all local produce. Lovely to be back on a farm milking cows, great location with views of the estuary. We will return, good value for money .

Everything and more. What a gem this place is; a very friendly welcome upon arriving, then shown to our beautiful spacious room with everything provided, and what a bathroom and shower, one of the best showers ever. Fantasic choice for breakfast. Just a wonderful stay; big thanks to Sally. We will definately stay next time we are in then area....

warm welcome by Sally, room excellent, clean and relaxing. Bathroom very modern and again so clean. Lots of toiletries for us to use. coffee tea and we had the four poster bed that is very comfy.
