Faultless B&B in a great location in East Devon. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom well appointed with toiletries provided. Breakfast goodies are plentiful and delicious. The owners are kind and helpful but not obtrusive. Highly recommended.

Rydon Farm is a working dairy farm, managed by the third generation of the same family. This family are your hosts when staying at the farm, and they could not be more helpful, welcoming or accommodating. We stayed here for two nights, occupying three of the four bedrooms. Each room was lovely, with modern, spacious and well-equipped en-suite shower rooms.... More

Excellent room, very well appointed in every way, fantastic breakfast, with amazing choice and quantity and most items locally sourced. Such a warm welcome from Sally and her husband, who were kind and helpful throughout. Every detail of customers comfort has been carefully and thoughtfully considered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was perfect in every way.

Great place to stay and celebrate my significant birthday. Lovely bright and spacious room overlooking the cows. Breakfast was excellent and Sally was pleased to accommodate my specific dietary needs. Excellent location, close to the countryside, seaside and Exeter. Thanks Sally for looking after us so well. We'll definitely be back.

We did not do this excellent B&B justice with our one night stay. Breakfast was varied and filling with a sumptuous full English and a range of cereals/fruit juices available. Located on a working farm gave us a taste of west country rural life; with the high standard rooms and a warm welcome from from Sally the host, our short... More

My wife and I stayed just the 1 night and it was lovely. Sally is a wonderful host and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The added bonus were all the cows below our very comfortable room. Local towns are easily accessible and are well worth a visit.

An excellent B&B , very comfortable and relaxing and Sally made us very welcome. The breakfast is great with a variety of choice. The cows at the farm are so quiet, we stayed in the "Dart Suite" , the barthroom was so plush with quality finishes.
