Very nice stay at the Seaview Terrace. Good location away from the busy streets. Wonderful view from the front terrace overlooking St Ives. Grahame's breakfast was perfect to start the day with. Suites are well equipped, good size with nice furniture. Will stay here again if returning to this nice village in Cornwall.

My husband and I stayed here in suite 1 which was a beautiful, large & v well appointed room. The view is just lovely and there are 2 arm chairs in the bay window to enjoy it from. The bed is huge! In fact my own one seems very tiny now! There is also a sofa and a little pull...

Set above the busy town centre of St. Ives, 11 Seaview Terrace is a haven of peace. I had my own small patio and was able to view the colour and light of this lovely place in privacy. Perfect for anyone looking for 'down time' and Grahame is a friendly discrete host. Breakfast is leisurely and expertly cooked and presented....

Clean, comfortable accommodation with superb views and a terrific breakfast. Forget the car as St Ives is only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of good eating places and things to see. Our suite was well equipped - there's even a small fridge for the milk provided and for that essential bottle of wine.Grahame is a great host and works...

We were very lucky to get two weekend nights at this extremely stylish B & B in St Ives. It was everything and more than we expected and we couldn't have asked for more. The owner was away, but left us in the very capable hands of Michelle who made us very welcome and cooked excellent breakfasts each day from...

We recently returned from a week in Cornwall. We headed directly to 11 Seaview Terrace after an overnight flight, landing at Heathrow at 6:30 a.m. , rushing to Paddington Station, taking a five hour train ride to Truro and about 1 hour drive from there. We found ourselves arriving at one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed....

We stayed at 11 Sea View Terrace for two nights. It was honestly the nicest B&B my husband and I have ever stayed in. The room was large and really tastefully decorated, with an amazing view of the harbour. The bed was king size and comfortable with lovely white linen. The breakfasts were to die for, with so much choice....

We stayed here for 2 nights while touring Cornwall. It was excellent. Definitely the best B & B. The view from Suite 1 is amazing. Graham is the perfect host and his food is delicious. Hope to return next year, but stay longer next time.

I would be surprised if there was a better B&B in St.Ives....we spent 5 nights at Graham's establishment and were very sad to leave. For four nights we had Suite 1 which is on the 1st floor and has the most amazing view of St Ives, the Island and the Town Beach - both from the extra king size bed...
