I would not advise going here until they have got rid of all the old damp chalets. The new Ines looked like they would be nice. But the old ones are unpleasant to say the least. We noticed people had said they were cold so took extra bedding and it all became damp from the chalet. The tap in the...

I am very sorry that the accommodation provided during your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. This is a very popular holiday park and the chalets are in constant use. We clearly advertise the budget chalets as being due for refurbishment - many will be revamped during the winter months. Some are being demolished and replaced with...

Have just had a fabulous couple of days staying in Poppys Cottage. The cottage is extremely well maintained with homely touches throughout, a lovely leather suite to chill out on, tv's in every room, a lovely seating area outside and all set in lovely wooded area Each time I stay here more and more has been done to make this...

We booked a privately owned chalet via homeaway.co.uk The owner was lovely - emailed us tonnes of info and the chalet did not disapoint. The living accommodation in fact far exceeded our expectations. For a family of 4 (2 young children aged 2.5 and 6 months) it was a lovely cottage to stay in. Although not the biggest it is...

Hello James It is so difficult to respond to a review such as this without sounding argumentative. I can only see the situation as you see it and which may not necessarily be as other people see it. You have made some very interesting observations about the clubhouse and the swimming pool. As you can read in other reviews, most...

My letter to John Fowler Holidays... 'I recently booked a 4 day short break at your John Fowler St Ives site (24-27 October 2016) Given the time of year, I wanted a comfortable break, so opted for your Platinum Single Lodge. The booking site showed a lovely, open-plan lodge with modern fixtures and fittings, a large decked area, an early...

We booked our week away for October half term and had a great time. We had previously been to St Ives Holiday Village (7 years ago) so we knew pretty much what to expect. We booked a Platinum 2 Bed Single Lodge and we were very pleasantly surprised. The lodge we were given was 59 Dorothy and it was stunning....
