We stayed here one night. It is a comfortable B&B, located a short walk from the center of town. You have to park your car about a ten minute walk away in the public parking area of the train station. But Mike, the proprietor, gives you a map which shows you the way. Breakfast was excellent. The room was fine,... More

There's not a lot else to say about this guesthouse that I haven't said already in my previous reviews going back to 2012. It's got everything you need and is literally 2 minutes walk into the centre of town. It's modern, clean and is all that's required for a relaxing break in this lovely resort. We love it so much,... Just returned from our fourth stay at this exceptional b&b in the heart of our favourite place in the country. Rooms, food and hospitality are unbeatable for the price. Host Mike's breakfasts are excellent and a cut above any b&b we have stayed in. Mike cannot do enough for his guests. He can even arrange free parking close by. We... More

We had a very smart, peaceful room on the first floor. Our hosts were very congenial and the breakfast outstanding. The best scrambled eggs ever! There was a comfortable sitting area by the bay windows in the breakfast room - great for a quiet read. There is a carpark (Barnoon) at the top of the road and we kept our... More

We stayed in Treliska again as the location is perfect. Two minutes into the town but peaceful and quiet. As we booked last minute we couldn't have one of the the bigger rooms so took the top floor room 5 which is very compact and has very small bathroom facilities. Like all the other rooms it is beautifully clean. Steep... More

Lovely b&b, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, helpful & friendly host (and dog :-)!), home-cooked breakfast, great value for money - an overall enjoyable experience. Stayed for 3 nights in early May starting Coast Path hike to Penzance.

We stayed here as part of a 47-mile walk from St. Ives to Penzance and back again and it was wonderful. Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, centrally located within easy walking distance. And the breakfasts were delicious (get the pancakes! get the pancakes!). Our host, Mike, was pleasant and helpful and ready to provide whatever information we needed. I highly recommend... More

Last August we stayed in room 4 which was big, very clean and nicely decorated. Treliska was a great place to stay, very good value for money and better than some more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Good breakfast and great host!

Very conveniently located, mere steps from the harbour, but quiet. Lovely, friendly, owner. Sunny, nicely decorated breakfast room with really good cooked breakfast (scrambled eggs and good-quality salmon on muffins!). Well-appointed, cheerfully decorated, clean en-suite rooms (albeit a bit small). And after looking for a place to stay in St. Ive's, it does also seem very good value for money.... More

We stayed here for three nights in August. We were booked into room 3 but on arrival were told another guest had canceled room 5 at short notice so we were given the choice of rooms. We chose the latter, which was slightly bigger and very nicely decorated. The only criticisms would be the smallness of the 'room' housing the... More
