Can't fault this B&B the rooms are light and airy and kept perfectly clean. You have sky tv, a fridge, nice comfy beds with feather pillows, pure chronos iDock alarm clock, tea and coffee ect. The breakfasts were very tasty and good quality, you get exactly what you see on their website. With big enough portions to set you up...

This is a great little B&B away from central St Ives, given how small the town is this wasn't much of an issue. The host was great, friendly and informative on the local area. Could not fault the breakfast, Cornish portions certainly set you up for the day. The room was clean, bright and more than enough room for the...

Very nice and caring host. Family room is spacious enough to fit 3 people. Location is great - only 10 mins walk from town centre. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Overall it's been a great stay for us =) Only little comment would be that the mattress is ever slightly too soft, other than that everything is...

This is a fantastic B&B and we highly recomend it. The room was lovely, the beds comfortable and the showers are so refreshing. The veiw from the bedroom over the beach is beautiful I wish I could wake up to that veiw everyday. Room was very clean and tidy. It was lovely to have feather pillows and duvet. Shower in wet room was amazing. Breakfast was gorgeous, home made bread was yummy. Accommodated our 20 month daughter really well, cot, bedding and highchair all provided. Lovely short walk into town. Great to have a parking space. Catherine was very hospitable, even when we...

A good location only 5 mins walk into town and Porthmeor Beach with great views from the rooms. Décor very nice and modern but perhaps looking a little tired round the edges. Breakfast was ordered the night before, as per a previous reviewer I had the continental breakfast and not everything advertised in the menu was included.

Management response:

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt that the decor is looking a little tired, the house was completely re-furbished four years ago and is redecorated on a yearly basis. We constantly aim to keep it looking fresh and both rooms will be decorated again this winter, room 2 will also be having a new carpet. With...

I stayed on my own in room 1 for two nights in March and was the only guest. It was £55 for sole occupancy of the room which seemed a bit expensive but was worth it and at £70 for two people it would have been great value. I chose it for the sea views and after two days of...
