All the staff were really helpful and the meal was exceptional. We hadn't booked and they were over busy however they still found us room and the meal and service were just amazing. We highly recomend the food.

We stayed here for 3 nights and was initially very happy with the room and breakfast but on the first morning after breakfast was chilling out in the room watching tv when a male member of staff entered the room without prior arrangement, not even a knock on the door. He apologised and said he was told the room was...

Our hotel policy is that any member of staff entering a bedroom must knock and announce clearly their intention to enter. On the occasion in question there was a communication error between reception and maintenance. At the time you brought this to my attention I apologized sincerely and advised you I would address the incident immediately. I take any incident...

This is a pleasant seaside hotel, small enough for personal service but large enough to have decent facilities such as a proper restaurant and a full bar, which also offers bar meals. The bedroom was bright and reasonably well furnished. The bathroom was on the small side and had no heating so was rather cold at the time of our...

Another enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast, buffet and the freshly cooked selection are excellent. The rooms are clean and kept clean on a daily basis. You can expect a little noise to transmit room to room and corridor to room from older buildings but I would rather have that than stay in a new building with no character. The...

This hotel has a homely feel to it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful. The hotel is situated on high above porthminster beach so the walk here is up and down a hill as is the harbour. Taxis' cost around £4 if you don't fancy the walk back...

We did not stay at the hotel but went there for an evening meal. The food was excellent as was the service. The views from the restaurant are wonderful across the Hayle estuary and across to Camborne/Redruth. Access is tight up the lane to the hotel and parking is limited but not a problem at this time of the year.

We stayed at the Chy-An-Albany hotel in February and it was absolutely lovely. Clean rooms, great view of the sea from the front of the hotel. On arrival the staff were very helpful, as they were throughout the entire weekend. There was limited parking at the front of the hotel, but we were lucky enough to get a space. When...
