I stayed for a week, just returned home, and need to advise people that this is a good hotel, wonderful location with the restaurant and some of the rooms overlooking the bay. It is necessary to discuss your room with the staff in advance of your visit. However the best thing is the restaurant with the chef and his staff...

Had a deluxe sea view room with balcony and the view was stunning. If you are planning to stay in this hotel it is well worth paying for the sea view rooms. The breakfast is excellent with all you could want and it is served in the bistro with sea view. All the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and nothing...

We chose it because it was close to the rail station and we were on foot. It's uphill with your bags though - easier going down! They have quite a lot of rooms, but not many have a view and as people have said, ours was indeed a bit small with a TV set to match, and in need of...

Room was smaller than expected, especially the tiny en suite, however, it was clean, with good parking and about a 10 minute downhill walk to St Ives. The quiet location was enjoyable, as was a plentiful choice at breakfast with friendly staff.

We booked a 2 night break in a deluxe room. We were hoping to have a king size bed that is featured in the hotel pics on the website and were disappointed to have a small double bed. We didn't complain as the room description hadn't said the size of bed but feel I should mention if this is important...

I stayed here for 5 days with a group of 22 italians, mostly adults. Everything was perfect, the staff, the position, the rooms, the food, especially the food!.We would all definitely return. It isn't in the centre of St Ives, but it's only a few minutes walk to get there and it's actually a very nice walk!

Great location within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants, with great views over the bay. Rooms are clean but a little small and pokey, definitely worth upgrading. The hotel offers a good hearty breakfast and staff are lovely.

Just back from a two night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with lovely sea views. The room was well appointed with a modern and spotless en suite bathroom. All staff were friendly warm and welcoming. The hotel has a very pleasant bar/lounge and terrace ideal for the warmer weather. Dinner in the main dining...
