I stayed just one night in this lovely BnB. It was very comfortable, the bed was so nice with crisp fresh cotton sheets and lots of feather pillows. My room was very comfortable and had a very nice view down over the village which was only a short walk down the hill. I had safe parking for my rental car....

Clean guest house with stunning views of St.Ives. Breakfast was tasty and loved the yoghurt and fruit that guests can help them selves to whilst waiting for breakfast. Free parking saved a small fortune and only had to walk 5 minutes to get in to town. Perfect place to stay for a long weekend away.

This place was just what we needed, nothing fancy but it had everything we required for our 4 night stay in St. Ives. The breakfast was lovely, great scrambled eggs and we enjoyed the coffee. There was a good selection of fruit and cereals too. The location of this B&B is great, just 5-10 minutes walk to everywhere really in...

Great view from window/seat. Car parking a great plus. Good breakfasts, good hosts. Clean and comfortable. Wifi very weak and tv/kettle sockets a bit fiddly. Had to go through sons bedroom to get to loo in night- luckily he sleeps like a log!

Lynne and Graham are the perfect hosts. Clean, friendly and an ideal guesthouse. Excellent service for breakfast with plenty to choose from. Its location is only 5 minutes walk to both the town and beach which means you can leave the car in the parking facilities. Plenty of recommendations of where to eat. Ideal location and would recommend.

The room was very clean, the owner helpful and the breakfast had everything you could ask for. Beds were comfy too. The seagulls are noisy but that's not their fault! The one recommendation for improvement would be to supply decaf tea or coffee - these days lots of people prefer to drink this so it's nice to have the choice....

My friend and I spent a few days here and felt we made a good choice. Although uphill, where isn't in St Ives.? Our room wasn't huge but big enough and the beds were very comfortable. We had an ensuite, which was good and everything was spotlessly clean. Lynn and Graham were very friendly and welcoming. In the morning we...

We had a last minute opportunity to visit St Ives for a brief two night stay and based on Tripadvisor reviews, we chose the Carlill Guest House. We were aware it was up the hill so took a cab from the train station and it was a good thing we did because it would have been quite a hike with...

I stayed at Carlill Guest House for 4 nights. I had room 6, the top room of the house, it had a nice view from the window and I could see the sea. Lynne and her partner were very welcoming, Lynne always asked about your day at breakfast and was a good and helpful host. She provided me with information...
