We stayed in this lovely hotel for a few days this month to finish up a vacation to the U. K. The hike up to the third floor was more than worth the effort as the ocean view was spectacular! The facility is well cared for and immaculate. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel as...

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. At first I was slightly disappointed at how far it is actually located away from Port Isaac (at least a couple of miles) but we forgot about that once inside and wandering around the stunning gardens. The gardens are truly outstanding - every child's dream of what a secret garden should look...

Lovely building and setting with stunning views over the sea. We had a comfortable large room nicely decorated and furnished. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival where we found the food was fairly average, the lamb shank typically boil in the bag type and the mash tasted very strange! However the breakfast was lovely, plenty...

Stayed last weekend whilst in town for a friends wedding, it was a great little hotel, perfect location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again or recommend to someone else looking for a good basepoint for a weekend in Cornwall.

We booked our room before leaving Cardiff in the morning through booking.com and weren't really sure what we would find, nor realizing at all that we were in Doc Martin country. Delighted to drive up that evening and find the Longcross lit up and welcoming. James, the manager, checked us in and then ran up the three flights of stairs...

Bar and Lounge area very good, they light tea lights in the evening and light a fire. There is s pool table. They have a breakfast room plus a large conservatory where they serve dinner. Upon arrival at the reception a note saying go to bar with one young girl when we went in and found her came out and booked us in ...the reception being a desk under the stairs ..there's a nice grand entrance and you've put a uninviting desk crammed under the stairs tbh I instantly thought oh dear where have we...

Stayed in The long cross for a two night break last week. A last minute find but we were not disappointed although the 'coach house' was not like id expected it. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer. The waitress was very friendly and even sorted for my daughter to take her dessert to...
