This is the 4th Time we have been to Lower Roslath Retreat near St Austell Cornwall. It is set on a farm, private garden. Sue & Tim are very helpful. You are only 15mins from Eden Project. It is a good base to see all of cornwall. The cottage has WIFI. Fishing Lake on site. Book through Holiday Cottages.com.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was very spacious and had a real homely and welcoming feel to it. The Bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for a great weekend and we are very much looking forward to coming back.

We came to Polperro and had no accommodation booked. We walked past "The Cottage" and rang the bell. David welcomed us and had a room for us. We only needed one night as we were travelling to Charlestown the next day. This B&B is the best one we have ever stayed in after 3 trips to England. Pam and David...

Another fantastic stay at the Cottage in Polperro. Pam and Dave are the perfect hosts, welcoming, friendly and really helpful. They make you feel so at home and we would highly recommend the Cottage, with it's excellent rooms and really tasty breakfast. Look forward to staying again in the near future. Perfect.

Thank you Pam and Dave for a fantastic few days at The Cottage! We booked on the strength of the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable and the delicious breakfasts set us up for days of exploring the area. We hope to be back in the future.

Its AMAZING, I don't really want to review it as that will make it harder to get a room again! But, I will. We stayed in the room at the top of the garden, one of the best places I've ever stayed. Large windows looking over the rooftops, glimpses of the tiny road, peace and quiet, our own outside patio...

Having stayed in Polperro before we chose the cottage on recommendation and weren't disappointed. Check in easy, quick and informative. Parking in the main car park at the 'head' of the village which gives a good excuse to call in at the crumplehorn for a pint on the short walk back having parked up! Room was great, cosy, clean and...

We have just returned from a 3 night break at this beautiful bed and breakfast. What a little gem! So quaint and pretty. Spotlessly clean! The room and facilities are second to none and the breakfast is first class. Pam and Dave were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Will definitely...
