We have stayed here three times now and each time we don't want to leave. Edward and Stephen are more like friends. We have always been made to feel welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean. It is a proper home from home and a lovely cooked breakfast. Ideally situated to some lovely places to go. Sea view is absolutely beautiful😊... More

As soon as we arrived (after a stressful dilemma regarding our original booked hotel) we were made to feel welcome and calm and part of the 'family'. Edward and Stephen were fabulous hosts and were always concerned that everything was ok. The room we stayed in was excellent.....fresh, bright and an amazing sea view room which spanned the bay capturing... More

Stayed for a week in Sept 16; freshly decorated rooms, with individual features. Fantastic views from front rooms across the bay. Good, freshly cooked, breakfasts. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean Single room was compact - perhaps better for one or two nights rather than a long stay. Edward & Steven were very helpful and kind when I lost my purse, and... More

The "Shoreline" presents itself in many details quite modern and stylish. Bright clours, much light. Creates a freindly atmosphere without tendency towards coldness or sterility. My room was to the backside so there was no noise at all. Just some seagulls every now and then. Not too much space in that room but good space in the bathroom. En suite.... More

I stay here a couple of nights a month with work and always look forward to coming back. The guys who own the B&B are lovely, really friendly, make you feel at home and cook a great breakfast, one of the highlights of my stay. It's served at the front of the house with sea views. The rooms are lovely,... More

We had a cracking weekend summer visit, want to go back for a visit during winter time! The guest house is right by the sea, relaxing, close to town, best location in Penzance. Amazing walks to Newlyn, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole and Marazion! Owners Steve & Ed absolute legends. We had a lovely time, thank you

We stayed at The Shoreline for a long weekend break ahead of my husband embarking on cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats - so it was of utmost importance that he relaxed and rested, and that is exactly what he was able to do. Stephen and Edward were very welcoming and accommodating in storing my husband's bike securely. We... More

Seafront location within a five minute walk of the Penzance - Isles of Scilly ferry. Double-room on seafront has excellent views of the harbour, though room is overcrowded as original bedroom has been divided into two rooms.
