We had a midweek break on the site, the facilities on the site were as expected, nothing amazing, however enough to keep the children entertained, including an arcade, pools with flume and good children's entertainment. It would certainly benefit, however, from the shop and reception being open longer. The shop onsite was advertised to be open 8am-8pm, but was actually...

I booked my 4 night mid-week break through the SUN holidays, so we got a very good price. I had booked the basic caravan and was pleasantly surprised by the caravan we got - i have to assume we were upgraded slightly as ours looked a bit bigger than some of the other ones and we had plenty of space...

We arrived on Monday and were thrilled to be told we can have our entertainment passes early until the caravan was ready. NHowever, with two toddlers we discovered that the play park was very small, there were only 2 swings and within 10 minutes my youngest daughter had picked up the end of a used cigarette. The arcade also had...

Just come back from a weekend away in this holiday park. We upgraded to the 3 bed Trelassick Caravan which was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you would want with luxurious fittings. The park is a quiet one. The swimming pool area is lovely and the pools nice and warm. On site shop not too bad and bar...

Overall very impressed with the park and the caravan we stayed in, we were on a Sun holiday and weren't sure what to expect, but our caravan had heating in all rooms and was pretty modern, we were in Greenacre's just off of the reception, very quiet at night, although a bit difficult to get to the clubhouse if you...

Me, my partner and our dog spend four night here this week. Check in was at 4pm however we arrived early and checked in around 2.30. Most caravans have their own parking or a space out the front. Once in the van, we found we had everything we needed and more. A good size tv, a comfy bed and a...

Spending a long weekend at parkdean newquay in a st. Agness caravan. The site itself is nice enough with good pool and decent evening entertainment but the caravan was grubby to say the least, needed a deep clean to be honest. I assume the site is dog friendly because one of our nippers didn't notice walking in some dog mess...

Thanks for taking the time to share your review with us. Whilst it's great to hear that you liked the site and the entertainment, we are sorry that there were a couple of areas that leave room for improvement. Your feedback is very much appreciated and will be shared with the team on park for this to be looked into....

All in all wasn't a bad weekend away. Firstly the holiday park is on massive hill, our car struggled to get up and we have a 1.6 focus. We stayed in caravan 132 on the glade area, that was also on top of another hill which walking up took it out of you, even my poor dog was knackered. The...

We stayed from Friday to Monday. The Park was exceptionally clean as was our caravan. The staff were happy and helpful. We used the bus to travel back and forth to Newquay which is around 3 miles from the Park; 2 adult return tickets was £9. We will definitely return. (Only one moan; the site is on a very steep...
