Far from luxurious in the rooms which were very basic, but the bar area and games room were excellent. The staff were friendly too. For the price we paid which was very little, everyone in the group was happy. 24hr bar and 24hr pizza helped ! Would definitely go back with mates, maybe not the wife.

The staff are lovely and really helpful when my friend and I were quizzing them on questions about the town. The bar is quite pricey but the 24 hour pizza service makes up for that. The room was basic but what do you expect for £18 per night? It had a bed, a mirror and an en suite which was...

Perfect location with a 24 hour bar and games room. No TV in rooms. ok, so u are not there to watch TV.. but it's nice to put it on when u are getting ready and when u wake up. I also like to wake up and have a coffee, but having to go down and buy one (£1.70) with...

Hotel was what we expected. Basic, clean and great location. The room was a good, standard size for three people.. Especially girls who like to pack well. Bed was comfortable enough. Although the bunk beds were pretty low. I found myself a little restricted with movement being on bottom bunk. Good value for or money all round. The views are lovely from the...

Stayed here with some mates to do some surfing for a weekend and loved it. The rooms were comfy with decent showers. The owners couldn't be more helpful and were very accommodating with equipment hire and drinks whenever we needed them. The food was great as well. Especially breakfast. Always cooked fresh. Great value for money. Will be back soon!

We booked at last minute and the owners accommodated us very well. On arrival it was a friendly atmosphere with a warm welcome opposite the beach. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and warm, just what you need after a long day of surfing. The bar and lounge area...

We stayed here on my stag weekend and paid just £19 a night which for a hotel on the front right in the town is cheap, I'm guessing the prices will go up in the summer, this was perfect for what we needed. It doesn't allow dogs but it does have a 24 hour bar and 24hour pizza, yes that's...

Maybe it's the nature of my stays, lads holiday more or less, although I'd like to point out we are all very clean and polite. I've stayed here three times and never had a complaint, showers run hot, beds are surprisingly comfy for such a cheap place, lots of pool tables and sofa's downstairs, cheap bar, everything you want as...

Staff very unfriendly rude and talk to customers terribly! Rooms basic but very unclean, toilet smelt awful needed to go buy cleaning products, male owner was rude nasty and very scary and nasty to females on the trip to surfers. I wouldn't recommend girls stay at surfers but I suppose it would be fine for males as I'm sure the...
