This is our third year at Holywell bay. I always do the sun holidays & book for three nights costing £112 for the 3 of us. We tend to go late October beginning of sept. This included a upgraded caravan the newest one. exactly the same one we had last year. Includes Our passes sheets ect. It was fairly busy...

We stayed here during the October half term having stayed here before both in October and the summer in the past few years. We have mostly stayed at Crantock as we can take our dog there, although I see Hollywell are now dog friendly too. We booked the Trevose caravan for myself and my partner and our two children, one...

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. It’s great to hear you found your holiday home immaculate, and got to take advantage of our fantastic location right next to the beach. I’m sure future guests will find your recommendations for the aquarium and aviation centre very helpful :-) However I’m sorry to hear the location of your holiday...

This was my first visit to a caravan park since being a child, and it seems as though nothing has changed since the 90s! THERE IS NO MOBILE SIGNAL AND AWFUL WIFI To me this is a key factor so important to know. None of us (6 people) had mobile signal, there is a spot on the drive down to...

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Unfortunately we do experience low mobile phone signal around the park, I’m truly sorry if this caused any inconvenience to you during your holiday. I do hope you were able to discuss your concerns with the team during your stay, they would have welcomed a chat and the chance to put...

First time back in 14 years or so Stayed in van 52 which was spacious and clean but bedrooms smelled a little damp, front of cooker bit grubby, plus some of the equipment had seen better days, vacuum cleaner pretty useless but as it was only 3 night stay not a big problem. Van could benefit from nets as privacy...

Second time in two years we have been to Holywell bay, this time we stayed in a Mitchell caravan a 3 bed backing onto the stream in a quiet part of the site away from the club, the van was cleaned to a high standard when we arrived, we got the key at 15:00 although it said 16:00 on the...

We have been to Holywell Bay Parkdean twice a year for the past 5/6 years and the last few visits have been mixed some good some not so. In May we were spoilt with a beautiful caravan due to an upgrade due to the previous being quite bad. This visit (returned Saturday) we were given caravan 4 (should have stayed...

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the poor cleanliness and maintenance you experienced during your recent stay with us, it’s disappointing to hear that it’s the things we should have got right, that let your stay down. I’m pleased you were able to share your concerns with the team who were...

I recently visited for a week with my wife, 3 year old daughter and mother and father in-law. Check in was swift and promt and we were in our caravan within no time. Our van was what we were expecting relatively clean but showing some signs of a long summer of use but no majour problems. Site is small compared...

great location near beach but caravan was not very clean. the club is very small and struggled to get a seat when we went. ended up getting takeaway food instead which was rather expensive. this aside it is a nice place and we had a great time. the close proximity to the beach makes up for its downfalls so would...

The holiday park is so close to a wonderful sandy beach. whilst we were there the tides were low and high. i would imagine the site could be noisy during the school holidays. The caravan was perfect for the two of us but it would be tight for the eight it can sleep especially with one bathroom. for those who...
