This has the feel of a very grand hotel on first entry, just a shame the rooms let it down, very tired although clean. There are stunning views from the bar/ restaurant of the gannel estuary and farm land. The food was very good, and the staff were excellent in every way, would of been nice had the bar stocked...

I had booked this hotel through a groupon deal i had come across, 2 nights for 2 people £109 this included breakfast and meal on first night. I looked through the pictures at the time of booking and had a mutual feeling, the photos do not do any justice at all! you have to be there to experience the hotel...

Arrived here and were quite impressed by the exterior, large, modern looking and in a terrific location. Check in was quick but we were a little confused by the "eclectic" interior (I'm being kind it's actually a total miss mash of styles - pictures of stags, African art, Japanese art, just as though no one could decide what to put...

We stayed for one night 10th March 2017 had room 105. The reception had a welcoming fire burning in the hearth and the desk had a nice flower arrangement on it. The receptionist was efficient and informative. Our double room was quite small but adequate. The bathroom was functional and clean. Yes we also had peculiar coloured water out of...

staff tried hard but hotel was pretty poor. smelt of drains when we arrived. Had a leak in the training room, damp walls in bar and rooms not very clean. Fantastic view from dining room and food was good but we wondered what the white (not very clean) seat covers were hiding. Manager was very rude to members of our...

This was a business trip, although thanks to a Groupon deal it was turned into 2 nights B&B with the first night's dinner included as well. Having done a little research, the location of the Hotel was perfect (for us), just far enough out of the centre, but still within easy reach 5 mins by car and 15-20mins walking. On...

Well the hotel is looking a little tired now. The room was poor with dripping tapes in the sink and the bath. Towel rail was broken extractor fan didn't work, the toilet system moved when you used it. Light fitting was broken and hanging off. Door was painted with what looked like undercoat and was never finished. Couldn't be asked...
