We stayed at this hotel while visiting a sick relative and found it comfortable enough . the view from our room was lovely room 12 . parts of the hotel are a bit tired like the chairs in our room and you must remember to take toiletries as none are supplied. We could not fault the breakfast or service we...

We spent 2 nights here after moving out of our home in Newquay. We had a lovely seafront room with stunning views of Tolcarne Beach. The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, no complaints about cleanliness. The shower was a little bit plodding and the shower stall was rather cramped. We had breakfast on our second morning...

I have seen some pretty mixed reviews about this hotel and so much so my partner was VERY reluctant for me to book, but I did and OMG I am so glad we found this gem. Now I am not going to lie - if you like and can afford 5* luxury then please don't book the Cliffdene - however...

Stayed at the Hotel again for a couple of nights, held another of our party's here yet again. This has got to be one of, if not one of the most helpfull hotels in this neck of the woods. cannot fault the staff or the amenities, now in process of organising regular parties at this location. Good bar, good dance...

Great cheap hotel, all clean and tidy, staff were really friendly, parking was great!! Will be back if on a night out in Newquay again. 24 hour reception was ideal 👌🏻rooms a bit outdated but looks like the place is getting revamped as downstairs was very modern.

Very comfortable hotel, a bargain for £20 a night plus a small charge for a tasty breakfast. Ideal place to hit the wedge waves at tolcarne beach just across the road. Helpful staff looked after my luggage, after checkout whilst I spent the day in the ocean. Room and bathroom clean and spacious

The staff here were lovely and the place was great value. I arrived fairly late, but had no issue with picking up the keys from the night manager and was pleasantly suprised with the room given some of the reviews on here. The room was dated, but also clean and comfortable, and it had everything you need - a CRT...

We booked the Cliffdene Hotel for our running club's annual weekend away. For the price we paid, the hotel was just what we were looking for and good value. It is central to Newquay and includes free parking. The hotel decor is a little tired but the rooms, bathrooms and everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was...

After being let down by the Travel Lodge, we managed at very short notice to book 3 nights at the Cliffdene, with special thanks to the manager. A very comfortable room, with all you need, including tea and coffee. Nice and warm and cosy, with a varied menu for breakfast, which was very nice indeed. All the staff were fantastic, so...

We got very good value for money with a small, warm double room at the back with not much of an outlook. Bathroom was small but recently refurbished and clean. Decor in room and elsewhere was rather tired (but was clean).Need to take your own toiletries. Parking was included which is a bonus for central Newquay. Only 5-10 minutes to...
