I would give the experience an excellent review if the staff were more like Nigel the taxi driver who is fantastic. Playing Elvis to us and always being happy to chat and share stories. Security (tattoed guy) was also a nice man who wasn't rude to us and was always fair when it came to noise as this is advertised...

Group of 9 spent the weekend here and we were really impressed with the facilities, location and friendliness of the staff. Clean toilet & shower facilities. Cheap onsite shop/cafe. No curfew & on site security. Can't recommend it enough :)

Had to pay £50 per person for one pitch, as well as paying for showers and to charge phone. It would be a good location if you had a car, but having to rely on the minicab the campsite offers is not always ideal as the driver although friendly makes it clear he doesn't want to be awoken early and...

Arrived a bit concerned having read a number of less favourable reviews but was surpirsed at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Facilities were good and clean and shop had a number of items if you are desperate. Located close to most important things like shops, beaches and town and cab service for £3 return was handy. Would recommend...

Stayed here for 5 nights with a group of 7. Good location close to Newquay centre and beaches with good minibus service available. Reasonable price for the whole trip, showers/toilets as clean as you would expect. Only downside was the particularly miserable man who was running the cafe/shop, never cracked a smile, barely acknowledges you. Definitely should not have a...

Supposedly a young person's campsite, groups were constantly being asked to turn their music down by a staff member, even at 6pm on a Friday night?! The same member of staff was also walking around camp asking / hassling people to move their cars / vans over by literally inches (OCD?) On a lighter note, all these problems did come...

I booked this on recommendation from my girlfriend who stayed a few years ago, I was a bit worried it would be full of rowdy teenagers but was pleasantly surprised, located a 5-10 min drive just out of Newquay it was a lovely country location, be warned thou there are extra expenses such as a £20 deposit you get back...

Second time to this legendary campsite. Great for those who want to have have fun and party and also those who want to come just to chill. We did both over another four days and again had the best time! All the staff around the site are extremely helpful and friendly. We needed a lot of help with putting the...
