Lovely location with sea views and lots of spacious land. The clubhouse, shop and staff are very friendly, and even though we visited mid week there was still entertainment of bingo & live music. Small games room included. Great food and drink. Good facilities also.

We have stayed in the most basic of vans a couple of years or so ago and although clearly quite old it was spotless and everything worked. On this years visit we noticed that all the very old vans had gone. The only thing I would say is that on single glazed vans if you stay in (weather bad etc) then the windows will mist up a lot and so spoil the lovely views. We have never stayed in a 'dog welcome' van.
