We stayed for two nights in the family room with two teenagers and a pre-schooler and I have never experienced a worse stay, (and I`ve stayed in places that you needed to clean your feet after you left!). I STRONGLY advise anyone who thinks about it, to NOT stay here. (The below review is another victim). For £96 a night...

I stayed for three nights at the Moorings, unfortunately I only got one full nights sleep, due to the partying downstairs which I found out the next day to be the owners of the place. after the first night I was asked by Sharon if I had "slept well" I replied "eventually", she apologised and assured me it wouldn't happen...

Lovely place to stay....we booked on line...There is a car park opposite, but a much cheaper one is just down the road....if you don't wont to park near by....its near the town so not to far for our old legs to walk around and get back for a rest. Nice people and very helpfully ..if you need any advise about...

We stayed at The Mooring four nights and what a lovely stay we had. Sharon and Sam ( Simon ) were most welcoming hosts and as for the fry ups in the mornings they certainly set you up for the day. Our large bedroom had a nice bay window overlooking Looe bridge, we would definitely stay at The Moorings on...

We went down to Looe for a holiday with our friends as they are moving to Australia later this year. On arrival Sam and Sharon made us very welcome and showed us to our spacious en-suite rooms with a lovely view of the marina/river. From their central location they gave us good tips on where to eat and enjoy a...

We couldn't have asked for a warmer more friendly couple to host our stay. A comfortable, homely atmosphere in a quiet location. Our breakfast was adequate, informal and delicious. Our room, although booked last minute, was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly, attentive, warm and caring. As a visiting couple, getting away from it all for a short while...

Fantastic b&b. Due to us booking very last min, we were advised upon booking that our first night would be in a family room with no view. This was a lovely large room that would sleep 4. On the second day we were moved to the front of the b&b to room 4, this was a beautiful large room with...

We made a late decision to have a short break somewhere different & chose Looe, booking a room at The Moorings only the night before we arrived (purely on spec), & it turned out to be a good choice all round. Our hosts, Sam & Sharon, are two genuine & lovely people who made us feel completely welcome there -...

Colleen and I arrived early to avoid the rush hour traffic. Rather than just looking around prior to taking our baggage to The Moorings, we decided to take a chance and go and see the proprietors. Upon approach to the front door, we were met by Sharon, one of the owners, and told her that we were early, and wondered...

“We booked a Standard Double room, as we were only on a short stay, but were upgraded to the Superior Double which was brilliant - would be fine for a much longer stay as spacious & bright, benefitting from a large bay window with table & chairs overlooking the river.”
