I have just had another perfect stay at this well presented luxury guest house. I have stayed here with both family and alone many times. The rooms are spotlessly clean and decorated nicely with superb quality beds, quality toiletries, bathrooms and showers and tea/coffee etc. Also free on site parking is offered. The breakfast buffet is superb along with the...

Just finished our annual visit at Dolvean House. Yet again Shawn went out of his way to create a home from home experience- thank you! Helpful, friendly and a top notch service which I would recommend to anyone who wants great value for money. Also 5 mins from the beach and 5-10 mins into town. Just perfect! :-)

Spent a couple of nights here and would definitely visit again. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was everything a Cornish breakfast should be and the owners cannot do enough for you. It really is a gem of a B&B.

We have just reluctantly said goodbye to Falmouth after another fantastic stay at the best Guest House in Cornwall, Dolvean House. Ideally situated for a stroll to the Harbour and Town Centre, but equally convenient to the nearby Gylingvase beach and Queen Mary Gardens. Our hosts, Shaun and Renate could not have been more attentive and once again made our...

Rooms in the well-maintained period house are clean, spacious, light and constantly modernised, all of them with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is a free wifi network. A nice touch for European visitors is the European power socket...

On arrival at Dolvean we were greeted by Renate offered a lovely cup of tea and given maps and advice on Falmouth attractions restaurants etc. our room was well appointed comfortable and very clean. Parking was also available just behind the house. Breakfasts were fabulous, generous and they were very accommodating to your personal needs. We would definitely stay again....

Pretty little B&B, well located within easy walking distance to Falmouth (where you can find great restaurants/shops), as well some of the key attractions (such as Pendennis Castle). The owners were very friendly and welcoming - tea/coffee upon arrival was a great touch! They kindly upgraded us to a superior double which was a lovely room. Worth its five stars....
