What a lovely place. The house going back to 1760 is a wonderful example of its era. Beautifully laid out, decorated and furnished as the English mansion that it is. The host is so warm and friendly, and breakfast in the dining room is shear...More
The house is a delight, peaceful, serene and full of beautiful art, books and oddities. You could spend all day admiring the house alone. The gardens are beautiful and the maze fun! Being allowed to play the piano made the evenings rather special.
