Very nice B and B with very caring, proactive and thoughtful owner. The little touches make the difference - cake in the afternoon, a sherry if you want - recommended walks etc etc. TOP TIP If coming from the east along Western Avenue the 'Sixteen' sign is quite recessive and easy to miss - if coming from the west it's...

My family and I have just got back from a weeks stay at Sixteen Falmouth, and as you can tell from the title it was amazing. This is the first summer the property has been let out for holiday rentals, and I am sure it will be the first of many. Sharon is one of the nicest owners you could...

We stayed here for two nights in order to attend a wedding in St Mawes. From the moment I booked, the service was second to none. The B&B is lovely, cosy, welcoming and clean. You are welcomed with tea/coffee (ir a sherry if you fancy it) and freshly made cake - amazing! Our room was decorated to high standard and...

Overall excellent!!! I'll second everything that's been said about Sixteen before. I really could not fault this superb B&B. A breakfast cooked to perfection, beautifully decorated, spotless clean comfortable bedrooms with and a lovely lounge to relax in. Sharon really went out of her way to look after us during our Easter break. I was unwell while we were in...

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights for my birthday weekend. We chose Sixteen as a family member had stayed whilst I was studying at Falmouth University and had highly recommended it. The b&b is perfectly situated just 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and also to Gylly beach making it an ideal location to explore everywhere....

We stayed at Sixteen at the end of Falmouth week this summer. We selected it for the good reviews and the fact it had a suite with a seperate room for a teenager. The welcome was very warm and the owner was incredibly helpful - offering tea to friend of ours who wasn't staying. The rooms were lovely - tastefully...
