I did enjoy staying here. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also serve full English breakfast which is tasty! And the location of hotel is great. It allows me to access to the city centre and sightseeing spots easily, and you can go to the train station within approx. 20 mins. I'll definitely stay here again when I come... More

I stayed for one night, and would have stayed much longer if I could have done. Very professional and friendly welcome, perfectly clean and comfortable room with all sorts of things there when needed (biscuits! tissues!). Breakfast was also perfect, and the location is 3 mins walk from the central shopping area. The best B&B I've stayed in for years.

Decided to stay here for two nights to explore Chester and visit the zoo! The stay was lovely! Greeted very kindly and given our keys and ordered breakfast for the following morning which was ideal and stress free. They leave a useful information booklet recommending places to go! Definitely visit Oddfellow's around the corner it's wonderful for cocktails! The Brewery... More

Room was comfortable and bright. Towels quite rough. The Hotel was informed in advance that oneVegetarian Breakfast was required, it was very disappointing, Scrambled Egg on dry toast! More effort from the Hotel would have been nice. The full English was ok but my partner thought it had been reheated. Price paid was fine for a City Centre Hotel but... More

A great place to stay at offering an excellent location, nice breakfasts and excellent service. A simply furnished guest house but it was clean and comfortable to sleep in. As it's opposite to a public house, and depending on the time of the year, there may be a little noise from there but for most of the times it will... More
