Cannot fault this hotel in anyway. Location spot on 5 minute walk into city centre. Bar very reasonable, breakfast buffet style and of good quality. We had dinner in the bar again very nice and value for money. Bedroom and bathroom spotless and beds very comfortable we had the best sleep ever.

Stayed at the Mill Hotel for few days for my 60th birthday. Had difficulty getting to the place due to road works. We could see it but the signs and roadworks just took us round in a circle, so had to ring for directions. We had pre booked the canal dinner cruise but we're told on arrival that it was...

Nice hotel large bedrooms a little dated but well equipped. Great location 10 mins walk from the shops. Didn't use the leisure facilities apart from the wife had a massage and said it was excellent. Breakfast was excellent apart from the growly toast attendant at the toast machine 😂 . Chester is lovely 🖒

Stayed here for just one night. Warm, clean and comfortable. Walls are very thin so you hear talking in the next room very clearly. Breakfast was Buffet style, coffee tasted like instant, rather than proper coffee, which for me brought it down a little. Easy check in, car park a little small, but managed to find a place. Quite central...

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great facilities. We arrived early and luckily our room was ready so we were able to get up to the room straight away. We had a room for four which was a double bed and two singles (one was very low level so beware if there are any mobility issues) rooms are clean and well stocked...

Don't try to eat in the bar area on Saturday night. We were told we didn't have to book so went down at 6 pm. We were given a menu but after 15 minutes despite counting about 8 servers no one came to take our order. On asking we were supposed to order at the bar. We thought this was...

Visit the mill regularly and it's usually a good night. Came on Monday and was quite disappointed. The wine waitress was rude couldn't crack a smile thankfully there are other staff that do. The food was generally OK but the caramel sundae was dreadful Do hope standards aren't falling used to be so good
