Stayed here for the weekend. Hotel only 20 minutes walk from the city centre. I had a lovely single room with a roomy bathroom. There were lots wonderful extras ie biscuits & Hot chocolate on the tea tray as well as the usual tea and coffee with ample milk. There were also luxury toiletries and chocolates. Everywhere was exceptionally clean...

The room was spacious and on the ground floor. Lots of toiletries and coffee etc including biscuits. Very clean, Full length mirror. Chocolates on the pillow. Slept really well. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast good in a conservatory, very nice. They even had fried bread! Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Nice outside area, would be good for summer,...

Spent 2 nights at this very friendly and grat value hotel. Clean room, excellent location with easy parking. We left the car both nights and just walked into the town, took about 20 minutes. The biggest plusses for us were how friendly and helpful the staff were - from the reception, the bar, the dining room - and also the...

Hotel is in a good location and easy to find with ample parking and a warm welcome. Our room was of a good size and well appointed with comfy beds and good WiFi. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and tasty. All told, just the job for a short break in Chester and we'd definitely go back.

Excellent location with on-site car parking. 15 minutes walk into Chester city centre and on a bus route. Nicely appointed en-suite room with very efficient heating (I visited in January). There is a bar and TV lounge for those who like to mingle with the other guests. My room, which was in a courtyard just a step or two way...

Late booking, didn't expect a lot. What a pleasant surprise. Free car park. Very nice staff. Our room was in the main building. Lovely sized room, great atmosphere with double aspect. Nice bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The room looked like a room in an expensive boutique hotel! Only 5 minutes walk away you find a supermarket, boots, a...

Nice little hotel in an area that was easily accessible from main roads and a short walk to city centre. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive, stayed in a courtyard room which was quiet so slept well.'Would definately return.

This is a super little hotel that represents very good value for money. Offering spotlessly clean and functional accomodation with freindly helpful staff. This may not be the first choice for those seeking a luxury boutique hotel with latest modern contemporary design features. However, you will experience a very comfortable bed, hot powerful shower, TV and wifi that work and...

we were a party of 9, we stayed for a long weekend last weekend. The hotel was really nice, we had rooms in the courtyards and they were all really good, plenty of space, lovely and warm, beds comfy, towels in the bathroom fluffy and huge. Breakfasts were cooked well and plentiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful....
