Sycamore house is gorgeous and the attention to detail makes it such a pleasure to stay there. It's a beautiful old house anyway which is lovingly kept on a peaceful street just a ten minute walk away from the town centre. It is warm and comfortable and welcoming with quality fixtures and fittings in the rooms, on top of this...

Just spent the weekend here with Family. Absolutely gorgeous house. Comfortable and large bedroom and en suite. Good breakfasts and great host. Easy walking distance of Chester which has lots to do for everyone. Will definitely be visiting Chester again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Such a lovely peaceful B&B with the sweetest patrons. Location is very close to the Dee River footbridge into the historic zone. Wonderful breakfast served to order adjacent the solarium. The staff were very helpful and we pleasant to chat with. And, oh yes, the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

A most excellent B&B. Chris was the perfect host, rooms were spacious and beds most comfortable, breakfast delish. Chester is a truly delightful town to explore - gorgeous architecture, plenty of good food and a lovely river for walking along. The location was excellent - a short stroll into town and off-street parking - always a bonus for us rent-a-car...

Lovely place to stay, warm welcome, comfy room and amazing breakfasts - even for vegetarians! It is very central, a short walk to city centre over river but also very quiet, couldn't have bettered it. Will definitely stay here again if in area. Thank you Chris.
