Decent room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good area. Could have been a little bit cheaper. Good kettle and tea. Good beds. Nice TV though disgusting remote! Better than travelodge. Breakfast could have been cheaper and we would have got it.

The hotel is it's located close to bars and restaurants, in walking distance so no need to spend extra money on taxis. Car park is to small for a hotel of the size, on arrival my sister was already there and knew there was a space left on the car park yet we pressed the buzzer the receptionist paid no...

The bed was very cosy and is very near to the railway station. The shower was nice and hot. The TV was a decent size and very peaceful in the block and you get a decent size room. They provide towels and coffee.

Stayed here so we could have a few drinks without someone having to drive. Nice room, nothing fancy but clean & comfortable. Large bed with two pillows each without having to ask! We both had a good nights sleep. Close to Harkers for food & drink. Short walk to shops. Nice bars on this road too. Breakfast was lovely &...

Can't fault a single thing, nice and quiet, nicely decorated and very central location. Breakfast was good with a good choice to choose from. When going to Chester again we'll be using this hotel.....

Hotel is what you would expect from a Premier Inn, clean and comfortable. Staff say the words they have been told to say but no real interest. If you want proper service expect to have to ask for it don't assume it will be offered.

Parking is a problem and costs £6;50 per day....but.. .the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are spotless. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center and they open their restaurant in the evenings.Breakfast is brilliant with plenty of choice.
