Room ...er.. well was i happy about £75 ,, pretty much but that would be very much top end. No way was it £150.. Ok I didn't pay...

Stayed here Easter Saturday for one night. Perfect location for the centre of town. Room 9 was given to us, and overall very comfortable and clean. Decor appeared tired in the room and en-suite. Breakfast selection was very good, with the cooked option being extremely tasty.

Decided to stay here again as part of our travels. It has gotten even better since we visited last- the outside of the hotel is particularly welcoming with some lovely greenery and foliage! The staff were once again faultless, Samantha our receptionist was friendly and informative. Our room (36) was in the outside part and was modern and spacious, we...

I've been coming here for 12 years. Needless to say, I like it. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and the old English charm is all around. You couldn't get any closer to town so in that sense it can only be the lamb hotel. It greets you with a bonnie smile and leaves you with a lump...

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting an elderly relative. 'We' means 2 adults, a six year old and a 2 year old. The location is perfect; right in the centre of Ely with free parking. The receptionist and breakfast staff were all really friendly with the children, which is something we always appreciate. The room spacious and clean....

We were atteetcnding a wedding at the Cathedral so wanted to stay at the hotel due to it being very close. The hotel were very accommodating allowing us to leave our car in the car park whilst we were at the wedding and let us have a late check out so I didn't have to wander around Ely dressed up...

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay based in its location and the fact that it was listed as dog friendly. We were certainly not disappointed. It is so close to the Cathedral, in the middle of the shopping area and a very short walk to the riverside. Small free car park was attached. It was so much better...

Arrived at the restaurant at 12.20 for my son's birthday lunch, table booked for 12.30. The waitress informed us she had no record of a booking for 6 people at 12.30 or for any other time that day. She asked if we were sure we'd booked. I informed my son who was outside parking the car and he said 'that's...

This hotel is a no-no and we won't ever go back again, in fact it reminded me much of Fawlty Towers. No soap, towel only for one person while we had booked a room for two ( and it took almost an hour to get the evening staff to manage to give us a second one ), but as a...

Hotel is very convenient for the Cathedral and so we decided to have lunch there after we spent time in the Cathedral. Staff were pleasant and the service was quick. The surroundings are a bit dated but comfortable enough. The food was ok, nothing awful but nothing special either. I have had a lot better lunch meals than this one,...
