Apart from a few minor niggles (the lack of free parking, no free wi-fi and no power points by the bed), this hotel was good value and met our needs perfectly. It's not 'central' at all really, but the leisure park location provides all kinds of dining and entertainment after a day sightseeing in Cambridge. The rooms were clean, comfortable,...

We went for a one night stay as a family of two children and two adults. Good location near to a leisure park which includes a cinema, bowling alley and restaurants. Staff friendly, room basic but clean. Excellent breakfast and refreshing to not have our 13 year old classed as an adult. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed in a lot nicer hotels for the same money. I realise it's 'budget' accommodation, but it actually wasn't that cheap. All doors open inwards and none are on an assisted or automatic mechanism, so it's a bit of a battle if you are trying to enter and move around the building with luggage. Only two towels in...

We spent three days in this hotel. It was recommended before we went. It is a basic hotell, with everything you need. The room was large, and clean. The hotel is modern and well kept. For the price we paid it was a lot better standard than expected. Staff was nice and helpful and it is close to the trainstation,...

The hotel is very basic so I'll do a basic review. Pros - relatively cheap for Cambridge if you book early. - clean - comfortable and quiet (I slept well) Cons - Parking - not free or even outside the hotel. It is round the corner in the multi-story and costs £7 for 24 hours. - Wifi is not free...

the first impression is the most important one. This one was dreadful. We arrived at 1, The room was ready but we were told: you can either pay £10 and check in or come back at 3. I have travelled in many many hotels in my life I never experienced such a rude policy. They should make this an experience...

We stayed in the Travelodge during the graduation season as our usual Hilton Double Tree was charging over inflated prices to take advantage of families attending graduation. It doesn't have the location or the luxury of a Hilton but have to say for £60 a night for a double room I really can't complain. Good basic room, clean, air-conditioned and...

Location for me is key here as this was on the doorstep of Homerton College. This worked out well for the rowing dinner. The hotel doesn't not have free parking but can offer a reduced rate at the multi-storey. However, a small drive down Hills road and there are plenty of choices to choose from. In room amenities are simple...

Only 30 mins free wifi in 2015 in a city centre hotel what a joke! New mattresses they keep advertising are not that comfy. Curtains didn't close and light from neon signage in courtyard with cinema and restaurants pours in. I never say this but ask for a room facing the main road as it is quieter! Car park outside...

We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting friends. Hotel itself is clean and fresh however the staffs customer service is lacking. We had a problem during check in when a staff member had checked in someone else to out reserved room, this made an issue as we were then unable to go to our room and leave our...
