We stayed mid February. The room was very well-furnished, really comfortable bed, hotel quality hot water, fresh milk, home made biscuits. Breakfast was exceptional: top notch cooked breakfast, home made bircher muesli and a range of freshly made breads. I have never written a review before, but the food at this B and B was so good, we think the...

Christine was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with delicious homemade muesli and granola. Special touches (including tea and scones on arrival!). Nice quiet location.

My family and I were visiting Cambridge for a family reunion and just by chance, I found 5 Chapel St B&B. It was perfect for us. It was a bit of a walk into the town, but the walk along the canal made it worthwhile. One of the rooms was a bit small, but there was no detail spared for...

I stayed two nights in mid November. The room was excellent but a little cosy and the breakfasts were good as well. I agree with the previous reviews that the walk along the river into town is about 30 minutes but it is a very pleasant walk if the weather is nice.

5 Chapel St is a really lovely B&B, we had a comfortable room with excellent facilities. Christine who runs the B&B is a lovely host and the breakfasts were wonderful. It is a bit of a walk from the City Centre, along the river, but there are also buses that will take you there.

My husband and I were very well looked after by Christine, the owner of 5 Chapel St, during our stay. Excellent choice of breakfasts with home made bircher muesli, exotic fruit salad, home made bread as well as the usual fare, and home made ginger biscuits to have with tea and coffee in our room when we arrived. Christine gave...

Great little B&B located a short bike ride from the city center. They have an amazing breakfast set up and are very friendly hosts. The fresh cookies, placed in the room daily, are absolutely delicious.

Stayed here for the Bank Holiday weekend and it was perfect. Christine went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast prepared was delicious, especially the home baked bread. Thank you. The location was ideal. A lovely walk along the canals into Cambridge was wonderful. A definite, if you want to discover Cambridge.

Would highly recommend this immaculate B and B. Situated within easy walking distance of town centre and with free on street parking almost on the doorstep. Christine is friendly and welcoming and obviously knows Cambridge well with many of her recommendations enhancing our stay. Breakfast was excellent, prepared with top quality local produce and plenty of choice. Excellent attention to...
