We stayed for one night, the room was clean and quiet, (yes we had to walk down the raid to get the key) but overall for £90 is was ok. Location was perfect we didn't use our car one, nice walk along the camel and through the park to get to the centre of Cambridge. Breakfast was ok so all...

As long as you know beforehand, then the check in system is not a real problem. We arrived at midday well before normal check in time but the receptionist at the Arundel rang up the Ashley who confirmed our room was ready so we were given the key which meant we could begin exploring Cambridge without having to return to...

We had to check in at the sister hotel which was a bit inconveinnent but the receptionist was real helpful and when we got to the Ashley there was excellent parking facilities. OK the décor was a bit dated bit as was said they are updating it. saying that the room was very spacious and lovely and warm. all facilities...

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive but I didn't need to be. The room was an ok size and so was the bathroom. The decor is a bit dated but there are signs up saying they are updating. Good breakfast selection too. Good room for a night.

If I'd looked on here first I may have known about the ridiculous check in process. Nothing about it on our booking confirmation. So we arrive in the pouring rain and have to walk to their other hotel to get our key. I arrive there and someone has decided to drive our key back to the Ashley! I'm given a...

Just a overnight stay here, we were asked to check in at the sister hotel up the road about two hundred yards as the reception at Ashley was not manned. We had a family room (15) which consisted of 3 single beds a toilet and a bathroom. The decor was very dated swags and tails with matching bedding, very 80's...

I'm hesitant to call this place a hotel as physically it is just a three-story multi-tenant house, and you don't see any hotel staff around except in the morning when they come to serve excellent breakfast in the basement and do housekeeping. My family did enjoy the feeling of a home away from home (no cooking facility). The two rooms...

Oh dear! You arrive at the Ashley Hotel with a big bag, the taxi drives off and then you see there is a sign on the door saying you have to check in at the Arundel Hotel which is a 7 minute walk down the road. Luckily, while I waited for the Arundel Reception to answer the intercom, the door...

We stayed in room 3, although the room was quite small it was very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Check in was not problematic, on our booking confirmation it stated that we needed to collect our keys from Arundal Hotel, which we did. The staff were very helpful and have answered various questions during our stay. The building is...

As with other reviews, there was no one available upon check-in and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer (which was directed to another hotel) and let me after a long day of travelling. The room was very hot and stuffy and the Wi-Fi didn't work but everything was very clean and breakfast was nice.
