We stayed here on our way to Norfolk and fancied a short visit to Cambridge. This hotel was very clean, staff very helpful, our room was very clean and bed very comfy and we had no noise from the main road nearby - we both had a very good nights sleep. The breakfast the following morning was delicious and plentiful,...

Simply put, I don't want to stay in a hotel that has sellotape on a working lift button. It doesn't fill you with confidence. I don't want to stay in a hotel where the barmaid doesn't understand what a vodka and tonic is. I don't want to eat food that is dry and tasteless. And I certainly don't want to...

We have stayed in many Premier Inns in our time. We choose PI for a good reason - consistent quality and value. This particular hotel is very good example. Spotlessly clean and tidy room and hotel generally. Friendly welcome at check in (even though it was at 12:30) I requested a quiet room and this was arranged immediately with no...

I have stayed at this premier in about five times now and have stayed in many other Premier Inns too. I have always been delighted with the standards and the service, alas not this time. The staff were all friendly, as always, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was first class but there were unusual lapses...

Stayed with friends on night. Great value, excellent dinner and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They even cooked my breakfast egg exactly how I wanted it! Would be happy to use this hotel chain again.

Wow...what a great hotel...great friendly extremely helpful staff. Room had everything for the price. The breakfast was really amazing value. Only a small no maple syrup for pancakes...very disappointing. Great service and hotel. Well done on full marks!!!!!

I've stayed here quite a lot with work. This is a large modern Premier Inn. The layout of the eight floors is a little strange but the rooms are modern and comfortable, it can be noisy though as it is very close to the A14. If you are staying and intend travelling into Cambridge avoid taking your car as traffic...

Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows and a good powerful shower. Directions to the hotel were clear and hotel itself set in a nice looking area outside Cambridge close to the main road. On the website it mentioned being close to a main road but that there was double glazing. We were not bothered by any traffic noise...

As I spend about one night a month in Cambridge, over the last few years, this has now become (hands-down-no-contest) my preferred address. Okay, it's a Premier Inn, which tries hard not to be architecturally uninspiring. The rooms, to the chain's credit, are pretty consistent across the country. So is the steady level of guest service (and the treacle-slow 'free'...
