Dear Shaun H, our car park is managed by Smart Parking and it is a fully automated system which uses ANPR technology. There are multiple signs across the car park and within the hotel that advise motorists of the tariff, the restrictions in place and the required validation process and if this process has not been followed correctly, will result in a fine being issued. As our car park is open to the public a parking management system ensures the efficient and regulated use of car parks. I do understand you are unhappy about the fine however we have done what we could to assist you. Kind Regards Nikola Garnev Deputy General Manager

Do you need a card key to access the lifts
No . But if you use the car park at the rear of the hotel, you may need it to open the door. Though I’m sure there was an intercom to reception if you needed it .
