Great experience at Premier Inn (King Street). From warm reception to comfortable room, clean bathroom. I cannot forget the fast wi-fi. Will I ever want to go back to Premier Inn? Hell yes! I felt secure there too.
Great beds, but really uncomfortable pillows. Premier inn used to provide a selection of pillows from hard foam to fiber to suit your comfort needs. You don't get a choice anymore and the pillow are hard, thin, rigid foam that stop you getting a good night's sleep. My suggestion would be to bring your own !
Lovely room, clean, comfortable, all that was needed for a couple of days stay. Only complaint was that there was only one chair and there was two of us, would also have been better if it was made more aware of no actual car park for the hotel but a discount at the NCP round the corner, so another £40 onto the bill for parking.
Really comfy bed and blackout curtains. Fab powerful shower and rooms spacious and clean. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Due to COVID reduced choice breakfast menu so disappointing but understandable
Typical Premier inn very clean, Easy check in, Friendly staff very helpful with disabled Wive, We were able to park our car outside the front Entrance over night with the Disabled badge. The only negative the fire doors should make sure to let them know your disability concerns. This Hotel is in a Great City Center location very handy for Sightseeing and the Bars and Restaurants excellent value for money.
