The hotel was excellent and well located. Downside of not having its own parking was compensated for by agreement with local NCP (incl discount). Rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend and will very likely use again soon.

The Leonardo Bristol was a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel in a great location within the centre of the city. It had great amenities and good breakfast included. Staff were all really friendly. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family.

We stayed overnight at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol as we were going to a gig nearby. What a fabulous experience it was. It was clean, modern, had lots of lovely little touches such as somewhere to buy toiletries, snacks and drinks in the reception, a beautiful bar area, super friendly and helpful staff and a lovely wild flower area with space to sit outside. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything you could wish for. Lots of lighting, large tv, fridge, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom products, excellent shower with rainforest shower and handheld too, the bed was sooooo comfortable, better than our bed at home! The room was so quiet too, heard nothing from any other guests and slept like a log, although that might have had something to do with the beer the night before! The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and very tasty. We had a couple of drinks from the bar and the staff there were super friendly too. Honestly, it was a pleasure to stay at the Leonardo and we will definitely be back.…

Booked this for a family birthday get together in Bristol and wasn’t expecting anything outstanding but we were very pleasantly surprised. Location is excellent and although on the main road the entrance is in the square which is much quieter and more appealing. We were met by a really friendly receptionist who when asking about breakfast, we explained were vegan and would be looking for something external to the hotel, proceeded to mark up a map of possible places to go for dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is really well laid out and the lounge/ bar area that you entered is immaculate with great seating arrangements. We had a few drinks on the first night and again bar staff were really welcoming and prices were very reasonable. The room was your typical sized double room but again immaculate, well laid out and absolutely spotless. Bed and pillows were so comfy we both slept really well all weekend. 2 massive windows with great black out curtains, bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower with shampoo and body wash available if needed. I will definitely be booking Leonardo hotels again and especially in Bristol, great hotel, great central location and best price in Bristol when we were searching and booking.…
