Great service, clean and comfy. The exterior is run down and needs some attention to bring it up to the standard of the inside of the property. Easy walk to Bristol centre and the parking is good. I would stay again.

Dear Guest Thank you for writing a review on your recent stay with us. I will admit that the outside appearance of the hotel, a late 1960s/70s design and build, is not the most eye-catching design. However it is well maintained and we are nearing completion of some alterations that will certainly add a bit of a wow factor for...

Stayed for one night in March in a suite room and loved it. Room was massive, bed huge and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely, bath and separate shower. Parking plentiful, staff friendly. Breakfast was great, will definitely be returning when in the area. The cookie was a nice extra too!

Dear Guest Thank you for the review and for choosing to award us with top marks. Your rating of 5/5 is very much appreciated. It sounds very much like you had a nearly perfect stay. From the welcome and cookie you received upon arrival, to the size and comfort of your room. Once again a really big thank you for...

Lovely hotel with comfy beds, great location and friendly staff. Love the warm cookie on arrival. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on that but there seemed to be a lot of choice on the menu. We enjoyed our stay.

Dear Guest Thank you for choosing to complete a review of your recent stay with us. I am very pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay. The cookie, a warm chocolate chip & walnut one, has been very popular since its introduction in 1987. It is a physical representation of the warm and friendly welcome that each and every...

Paid over £100 for twin room and breakfast, check in was good and room was ready early staff helpful in explaining to us our location and how to get to where we were going. Breakfast very good as soon as we were seated we had orange juice and pot of tea. Car parking was available but at my excessive cost...

Dear Guest Thank you for completing a review of your recent stay with us. I am sorry that you feel our car parking charges are excessive and that it would put you off staying with us in future. I can assure you that our charge, £12.50 for 24 hours, is one of the cheapest rates you will find within Bristol...

So currently there's a bit of building work going on - but it didn't interfere with my stay or our meetings. Hotel isn't in the best of areas but it's only a short walk to some very nice eateries. Rooms are comfortable - have the basics but no bottled water in the room! Wifi is free, standard but well stocked...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to complete an online review of your recent stay. I was pleased to read that you found your room to be comfortable. Our rooms do not come with bottled water as a standard, although this is a benefit for Hilton HHonor members. It's great to read that you felt you were very...

Little disappointed leading up to hotel as seems to be building work going on and not a good first impression. Convenient to train station has limited car parking. Staff very helpful as it was a group of 4 women and given interconnecting rooms. Ordered a taxi at reception. Room was perfectly crisp and clean. It was a twin room and...

Dear Guest Thank you for choosing to stay with us for your celebration weekend. I am sorry that you weren't very pleased with the appearance of the outside of the hotel. We are very near to the completion of a small amount of some alterations but I can understand that it doesn't give the best first impression of the hotel....

Lighting in the bathrooms is awful. Towels aren't replaced after left on floor to be replaced. Supposedly new clean towels are used and dirty. Bedroom is not vacuumed. Wifi is slow in rooms. Water pressure on upper floors is very low. Service in bar restaurant area is slow and sometimes nonexistent. Dining room food and service is great. Front desk...

Free parking, dependable Hilton offer - comfortable bed, quiet room despite proximity of the road, good food and great service from every staff member. The restaurant in the converted kiln is really impressive and something different. Location great for Temple Meads and it is easily walkable into the city centre.

Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your opinion of the hotel, in an online review. I really like the title of your review. A bit overpriced for the quality and location of this hotel. We were expecting it a bit more modern and up to date, however it was very clean. Pre-paid parking £10/night. 10min walk distance from the city centre

Dear Guest Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. I don't often disagree with the reviews on TripAdvisor but I would like to think that, for the quality of service my team provide, along with the standard of the accommodation, the hotel represents very good value. Our location is very popular with people visiting Bristol for a number of...

The hotel is perfect for a business trip as it is close to the centre and the station. The rooms are quiet, of good size and clean. The breakfast is also very good and there is a lot of variety.
