I hadn't looked at the reviews before I went but I had looked at Google earth. It's fair to say that the outside didn't inspire me and neither did seeing a lot of the area. But the b&b was very friendly and really clean and tidy. Plenty of information leaflets for attractions and communal computer free to use to find...

I went here on the off chance, what a lovely B&B, I arrived early and the staff were very helpful and friendly, happy to help, they quickly had my room ready for me so I could go in it, lovely clean rooms. Would highly recommend ☺

I'll start by saying.... pay the extra and go to the premier inn. IT'S not a place I'd ever come again and we only stopped here because our friends booked it. Dirty beds and a very smelly bathroom, I'd rate this as a place never to stay. IT'S situated in a very bad estate.... run down and rough. So glad...

Stayed for the night in this hotel for the my friends weekend. Stayed in a family room with 4 other friends. Was very spacious and lovely/clean rooms. Had breakfast was meant to be continental but had eggs in different styles and had a lot of food to choose from. With a selection of drinks hot and cold. Lovely place, staff...

Spotlessly clean and good location, importantly with parking! Rooms were basic without the extra faff (perfect for just a bed for the night) and smooth check in/out service. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - variety, choice and so clean! Would definitely book again if in the area and absolutely recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is not the smartest part of Bristol but is within walking distance of the Ashton Gate Stadium and just a short bus ride to the city centre attractions restaurants and shopping. On each occasion we have found the staff friendly and very helpful allowing checking in and issuing keys...

We booked a single and double room. We got a double bed in one room and 2 doubles and a single bed in the other rooms. Very comfortable. Ample sockets for adapters and chargers, Complimentary tea and coffee ( no decaf). Good amount of storage. Breakfast is continental but what choices. Surpassed our expectations. Staff are impressive, explained everything and...

I stayed here due to an early morning meeting in Bristol. I booked online and chose it on price and proximity. I arrived in the evening on a rainy night and just about found room in the car park. Checking in was simple and quick. My room was a good size, had a comfy bed, two comfy chairs, tea, coffee and...

Wonderful place. I had a much needed nights sleep in spotless room. The mattresses were particularly comfortable and the lamps gave a really good warm light. Good breakfast. Wonderful staff who were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Comfy but small single room. Shower great! Breakfast was lovely. Downside was parking. Advise that you need to be a very proficient driver to park at back of building. Maybe would return but try to park nearby.
