We used this location for the RWC in Cardiff. The hotel is of high quality and the room was VERY comfortable (albeit a little small) and ideal for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast is wonderful and that and the NCP next door are all included in the price. Staff were happy and friendly. Our whole experience was very enjoyable. We...

Dear Colin M, I hope you enjoyed the rugby and managed the transport between Bristol and Cardiff ok. Thank for the great review. We always enjoy reading when the guest takes full use of the facilities and the car park being the best benefit. I hope to see you back again soon, if not for leisure, then maybe somewhere to...

I stay in Bristol regularly for business and this was once 'the' hotel to stay in when in Bristol, I would say however it's appearance is now quite dated and the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh. I did not eat in the hotel as you are so close to numerous bars and restaurants to not take...

The hotel is classy, clean, modern, roomy. We had an excellent weekend staying here. The location close to town is ideal. The restaurant served a brilliant menu and overlooked the docks. We strolled into town and to a bar after dinner. Perfect!

The Bristol Hotel is in a good location overlooking the waterfront and close to entertainment venues i.e. Colsoton Hall and the Hippodrome. First impressions were favourable - the reception areas were very welcoming with big comfy sofas overlooking the watefront. Our room (superior double) was on the small side but the bed was very comfortable and everywhere was clean and...

I've stayed here four times now on business and I always look forward to staying here. There's always parking and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and are very relaxing. The beds are incredibly comfy also. There is a small gym too, which is great as you don't need to go off site to work...
