I have found this to be a delight to stay in. Over the river and you can choose to eat and drink in as many styles as you want. Staff have been nothing but polite and very friendly. Breakfast has plenty to keep everyone happy. Stairs to the restaurant are a bit awkward for those less able. We have stayed... More

Another lovely stay at this well located hotel. Our room was large and spotlessly clean, the reception team were great with directions and getting taxis for us and a delicious breakfast the morning after the night before was very welcome! Will definitely be back!

Situated in the centre of the old part of Bristol this hotel is within walking distance of most of the well known theatres and concert halls as well as some of the historic buildings. The building sits nicely on the quayside for those who want to use one of the many ferries that help you get around old Bristol. But... More

Great location - it is situated right off the river and more towards the older section of the city. On the weekends there is a street fair with crafts and food. It is close by to several good restaurants, but the food in the hotel is also very good. My room was large and had two closets (although I understand... More

We booked a delux room which was really lovely, big room with lovely furnishings and a view over the river. A really shirt walk over the bridge to bars and restaurants and the staff and service was first class.

Not staying in the hotel but went upon recommendation. Service was friendly, but slow. Long wait for food at all courses and little atmosphere. Half the ordered steaks were poor and tough. Prices high. Wouldn't return

Great city positioning alongside the main bars and restaurants areas, really central to enjoy all the sites of Bristol. Quality breakfast served in relaxing surroundings whilst viewing the river side. Rooms to a high standard, we upgraded to a deluxe room and felt it was worth the difference to do so. Staff all welcoming and pleased to help too...the car... More

Fantastic location - just off a main road so easy road access for business. Less than 50M from the main bars and restaurants - I attended on a business trip with my partner for 2 nights. This hotel is clean and modern with a great view of the river from the restaurant. What set this hotel apart for me was the attention to friendly attentive authentic service.
