Exceptional staff. All amenities, including gymn and restaurant excellent. Cheap parking next door and closeness to Bristol sights meaning exploring on foot a pleasure. Very good value. Would recommend to all!

Stayed here for one night and was very pleased with my choice of hotel. Reception was excellent with very friendly staff who were very attentive. The bedroom was excellent with all amenities you would expect from this high quality hotel. The bar area was very nicely decorated with excellent staff who were very attentive. We did not eat at the...

A good stay in some ways. Good food, attentive service - especially at the bar and at breakfast. But there are several faults of design in the room: severe lack of hanging cupboard space, no towel rail, flooding shower with no soap dispenser. And the second set of towels were hidden away, as a matter of policy, we learn.

We came here for a family get together to celebrate an anniversary, we had a function room for a large get together and afternoon tea. They provided a lovely afternoon tea, it was plentiful and catered for my gluton free needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average, it had everything needed and the bed was comfy....

We chose The Bristol because of its location being in the City Centre on one of the waterfront quays. The conservatory of the hotel which is the dining room over looks the water and Piero bridge and faces a large number of bars and restaurants on the other side of the quay. The hotel doesn't have its own car park...

Stopped over for 2 nights as attending a conference with another staff member at Bristol Zoo. The adjoining NCP has really high sides and is narrow, beware if you have a large car like me ( Land Rover Sport ) The bends have millimeters to spare. The hotel can be reached via the car park but only once you have...

Stayed here again for the second time. We liked it last time and the same standard was upheld this time. The staff are always helpful and pleasant and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will stay again on our next visit.

We spent a long weekend in Bristol and were fortunate to stay at the Bristol Hotel. The decor and facilities are above the expected but it is the staff who make the Hotel exceptional. The car park conveniently has connecting doors to the bedroom floors. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
