A last minute decision meant that we were going to be having a night out in Bristol, so we obviously needed somewhere to stay, and having stayed here last year on business, I knew that it was excellently located for the nightlife in a Bristol and also convenient and good value parking (£5) in the NCP car park next door....

good value parking attached to hotel with access on each floor. Staff very helpful from reservation to check out. Good value and good quality. The room was large and comfortable. Good food, especially the breakfast buffet.

Right from the off you can tell if a place is going to be nice. Walking inside we realised this was a nice hotel and it didn't disappoint. Right on the river close to many amenities and the night time scene. The rooms are very clean and nice to stay in. The corridors and public toilets are just the same....

Hampered by a 6hr journey thanks to hurricane Doris I turned up in a bad mood, reception staff were fine but nothing more (asked for any local pubs playing music but they didn't know, not their fault but could have googled the area for me) Went to the room questioning why it commanded the room rate until I fell into...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it's in a great location and the staff are friendly. We chose a room facing the harbour which can be a little noisy from the clubs and bars on the opposite site but that didn't bother us. The room was clean and well presented, similar to the hotel as a whole. The...

Can't speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, pillows exquisite, most comfortable bed and cleanliness is exceptional. I've stayed at most hotels in Bristol on business but this is,by far, the best value for money-especially if you request the parking.

The Bristol Hotel is nothing fancy, but provides clean, good standard accommodation in a great location by the harbour. The NCP car park is actually side by side with the hotel and the hotel offers subsidised parking at the wonderful price of £5. So exceedingly handy for parking a car in central Bristol. The bathrooms are pretty average, but the...

In my humble opinion The Bristol is in a good location, and the staff friendly and efficient. But the room was very small - although allegedly a "superior" room. I hate to think what a standard room is like...And the bed seemed very short, although I didn't measure it. We didn't eat breakfast there, but there was a notice in...

This hotel is in a great location over looking the water and surrounded by restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean. It was let down by the bathroom - shower curtain was filthy and the shower flooded. The room is a family room as well as accessible so the bathroom is designed for the latter not the former making it...

Superb location for show and shopping trip hotel right by river and restaurants and pedestrian walk to city centre, theatres, bars and attractions. Excellent large room, well furnished and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and parking in adjacent multi storey for only £5 through the hotel. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again. First time we have...
