Lovely hostel in the city centre of Bristol - close to everything. Staff is nice and laid back/sociable. Wi-Fi isn't bad too, when the hostel gets busy it will not work perfectly, but still alright :) Free Washing + wooden floor (no carpet!!!)

Bristol wing is a great hostel. The staff are excellent and the deco is quirky. Rooms/beds are great plus clean! But this hostel seemed to have very few showers/toilets! The location is perfect and staff are really helpful.

We stayed here for a Saturday night as we wanted to explore Bristol from London. We were in a private room and I was pleasantly surprised, it was like a hotel room! A very comfy bed, a lovely (somewhat small but appropriate for a hostel)...More

The Bristol Wing is brand new and has quite good facilities. First of all, the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The common area is very cosy and atmospheric, the rooms have lockers in them you can use, and the bathrooms are individual bathrooms...More

About
Description
Newly opened in January 2018, The Bristol Wing was built in the refurbished Grade II listed old police headquarters in the heart of Bristol City Centre. We have a mix of private, ensuite and dorm rooms with More great communal spaces on the ground floor and an award winning cafe on site offering tasty breakfast, great coffee and a super fresh lunch menu. Our ethical and environmental credentials are second to none. We have a newly refurbed building designed to minimise our negative impact on the world (solar panels, high levels of insulation, double glazed windows etc). All of our food is sourced locally and we offer opportunities for young people to gain valuable work skills and experience. The Bristol Wing is owned and managed by YMCA Bristol as a social enterprise - so any profits we make are reinvested in supporting young people who are homeless in the city. Less
