    Don't Get Me Wrong, The Grouse & Claret is a Lovely Pub, However It Is Not a Proper 'Peak District' Pub, but a Processed from Head Office, Could be Anywhere Concept Crammed into the Shell of The Grouse & Claret in this Case... Sometimes, When...More

    The weekly curry night £7.95 with a drink. Twould different curries. Both were bland and rather tasteless. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The other meals looked ok. Soup. Small overflowing bowl and rather dry bread.

    The breakfast was the worst of any Hotel! Sausage was like sawdust, beans were inedible! They did not have the staff to cope with people for breakfast hence a long wait, the location is wonderful but not the Hotel

    Stopped off here and was really impressed; varied menu great atmosphere and fantastic food. Lovely location with both indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly too. Ordered a light sharing selection of starters which were delicious, served quickly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend, we enjoyed grilled...More

    As far as I can remember no TV. But we are are big Owls fans too so I would phone the manager and check.

    Yes, dogs are welcome on our caravan site just not inside of restaurant or bar.

    Hi Yes we are open as usual from 11am till 5:30pm then we close until 7pm and reopen for bookings only. The evening will be £25pp for a 3 course meal and disco entertainment till 1am. Thanks Matt Deans
