I have stayed here a number of times and it is one of my favourite hotels. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent and the bar itself has a lovely atmosphere. There isn't a lift but staff are on hand to carry bags if needed. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable, I would recommend the...

I usually stay at B&B's when in Ireland but needed a place where I could arrive after 10 pm, so I picked the Kilmurry. The extensive wood decor is wonderful. Great bar and restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms. Furniture in the room was on the basic side but that was fine. Desk clerk was so very helpful with questions we...

Kilburry Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Very confortable rooms. Customer service is very good. I recommend the breakfast which is first in class and very traditional. Rate is quite reasonable as well.

A great stay, the staff were friendly on arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. A large hotel so a little walk to the room. The bar attached to the hotel was fabulous. Location ideal for what I wanted it for. Plenty of parking and I would stay again.

We stayed just one night on our first trip ever to Ireland. Lovely place with a homey feel. Staff was very friendly and food was great. Room was rather dated when we stayed in Oct. 2016. Good value and convenient location to University of Limerick.

Stayed for 3 nights. Newly refurbished. Good location. Near bus stop. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel bar friendly, good selection of drinks, reasonably priced for Ireland. Food was good, although we only sampled a carvery and sandwiches.

There is no excuse for keeping people waiting an hour. The food may be nice but that is too long to wait. State of toilets wasn't great. Far below what is expected of a well managed hotel . unlikely to go again anytime soon.

Dear Brendan G, I agree that to be kept waiting an hour for a meal would be frustrating, unacceptable on our behalf, but having investigated with our food & beverage management, we have experienced no delays of this duration or indeed anything over the norm in recent weeks. Dear Hiostreet,

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking however we do have a cosy smoking area and beer garden in Nelligan's bar. We also have smoking facilities at our reception entrance but encourage our guests be conscious of others, particularly late at night.

They do park and ride from the hotel which brings you Directly to Thomond as we've done it and it's ideal.

The bus stops right outside the Hotel to go into the town centre, you may need to get another bus at the centre to go out to the park. Taxis aren't too expensive.
