Our one night stay at Oxnop Manor B&B was unfortunately spoilt by someone omitting to switch on the hot water, which resulted in the water going cold during my wife's shower. Obviously these things sometimes happen, but a simple apology would have been approriate rather than suggesting that we did not know how to operate the shower.

I've been staying at Oxnop for years, I'm always made to feel welcome & comfortable, I've stayed in the main house, the annex & duftons cottage & loved every minute, it's set back from the main road & is very peaceful. Easy local roads through out swaledale & over buttertubs to hawes & the cheese factory. A perfect base for...

Spotless with a warm welcome including a bottle opener and glasses at the ready. Genuine farmhouse surrounded by beautiful scenery made the location perfect for exploring the Dales. No WiFi or phone reception unless you have 02 but there is a payphone in the hall.

Farmhouse B & B. The location is ideal for relaxing and forgetting the busy city. As soon as we drive through Gunnerside all our cares disappear and we just breathe in the Dales air eagerly awaiting the sign to Oxnop Hall Farm. It's like coming home as we have been many times before. Annie and John are great hosts, friendly...

This location is ideal for getting away from it all with every amenity available except for WiFi which was not a problem. A lovely 1m road walk into Mukker or a two mile walk in the other direction to the other close village so good food was not far away. The rooms were gorgeous and with fresh milk, wine glasses,...

We had a lovely stay in these authentic surroundings. Can't say much about the rooms, since we where so very tired in the evenings, that we slept the moment we entered. But great breakfast and situated extremely well. IN the evenings we walked down the road to an excellent inn recommended by the owners, who also telephoned ahead to arrange...

We were exploring Swaledale, open-mouthed at the beauty of it all. I knocked on a door proclaiming b and b in Gunnerside but there was no answer. I am very thankful that there was no one home as we moved on towards Muker and caught sight of Oxnop on the way. In fact, I turned around and we were able...
