The server was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was average but reasonably priced. The view was very good. Appeared to be a local favourite and a good spot for a basic lunch in Port Hardy. Great to see breakfast items until 2pm.

This is a dated, motel style hotel. However we prefer this over the other, limited, choices . The rooms on 2nd/3rd floors have balcony, overlooking water with a decent view, which we like. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and they have fridges and microwaves.

The server was very sweet, but the food was not good. She recommended the Cream of Turkey soup, and it was plain with no flavour, and hardly any meat or veggies. His hamburger was ok, but my meal's "veggies" were mushy (and I do mean mushy) green beans and quartered mushrooms, which tasted canned. This is in the middle of...

The place is clean but outdated, old. Price was a little high for the quality of the room. Seemed rather dark. We did not have a room with a kitchenette, so just a basic room. It was a little weird when the desk clerk asked if we wanted to see the room before we checked it. That made me think...

My husband and I stayed here the night before catching the very early ferry to Prince Rupert. Check in was quick and efficient. The lady on duty was very friendly. After reading all the positive reviews, I was very disappointed with our room. Outdated and run down, especially the bathroom. However, it did have a nice ocean view. We were...

We booked here due to limited number of choices of hotels in Port Hardy. Check-in was efficient and lady was kind. The room was clean but very outdated and need of repair. Our bathroom counter was held up by a 2x4 and looked like at some point would collapse but I do not have any complaints about the functionality of...

The place we were staying at in Port Hardy recommended this place for dinner. It was a wednesday night at about 7, we had been on the road all day and were very tired and hungry. Our waitress was young and friendly and wrote down our burger order and said it would be right up. The restaurant was not at...

Based on reviews we decided to stay here... I should have viewed the room first. Staff was good, each lady am and pm seemed to be working alone so I'm sure were busy. We were tired after a long day on our motorcycles. What we found was one of the beds boxspring was broken in half, hairdryer element was broken...

A pleasant, well maintained, ocean side hotel. All rooms have sea views, with small balconies overlooking the waterfront. Our room on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator) of the three story wooden building was clean and comfortable, with two double beds, a comfortable chair, a desk and office chair, a small dining table with two chairs, a small refrigerator...
